Ideally once you know your estimated due date! I only take 1-2 birth clients per month at the moment so securing your spot in advance is highly recommended.

You contact me via the form below, I check my calendar to make sure I still have availability for your due date and then we have a quick virtual chat to make sure I’m a good fit for your birth space. After our chat, when you’re ready to book, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. I ask for a $500 retainer when you sign your contract to hold your spot on my calendar. The remainder of your fee is due by 37 weeks, one week before I go on call for you.

I live on the edge of Woodinville, Wa, just north of Redmond, but serve birthing clients in all of the greater Seattle area. My location makes for a very very short commute for births at Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland and Puget Sound Birth Center. I’m also right down the street from Northshore Midwives in Woodinville. I’m available for births in Seattle, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Renton, Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Duvall, Woodinville, Bothell, Snohomish, Everett, Edmonds, Shoreline, and Mountlake Terrace. As your birth photographer, if you are transferring from a home birth or birth center birth I would be happy to join you in the hospital to continue telling your birth story. As someone who had a last minute transfer myself, I know first hand that having such a big change of plans can be very emotional and having the support of your birth team with you can make a huge difference in your birth experience and processing it afterwards.

In the case of emergency or sickness I would send a back-up birth photographer that I trust. I would make sure you are covered no matter what and have the photos you want.

Yes, reach out! Payment is typically due at 37 weeks, but if you need an extended payment plan I can certainly make that happen for you. I can explain more details of how that works during our video call.

Nope. My sessions are all-inclusive, which means your files are included with the price you see. The only fee not listed on my pricing is WA state sales tax that I must collect on all photography services and goods.

I do! I offer a few discounts for repeat clients, clients taking a childbirth class, and clients booking a doula. We can discuss this more during your free consult. I can create a custom payment plan for you upon request as well.
